VisiFit provides DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) body composition scanning services, including but not limited to:

  • Full-body DEXA composition scans
  • Personalized consultation with results review
  • Online dashboard for viewing and tracking scan results
  • Appointment booking and management

3. Account Registration

To access certain features (booking, dashboard, scan history), you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Appointments and Cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of prepaid credits or a cancellation fee.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Medical Disclaimer

VisiFit is not a medical provider. Our services are for informational and wellness purposes only.

  • DEXA scan results are not a medical diagnosis and should not replace professional medical advice.
  • Consult your physician before making health decisions based on scan results.
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on the data provided by our scans.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of VisiFit LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
