Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://visifit.com and services provided by VisiFit LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VisiFit provides DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) body composition scanning services, including but not limited to:

  • Full-body DEXA composition scans
  • Personalized consultation with results review
  • Online dashboard for viewing and tracking scan results
  • Appointment booking and management

3. Account Registration

To access certain features (booking, dashboard, scan history), you must create an account. You must be 18 or older to create one. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Appointments and Cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Appointments for anyone under 18 are booked by a parent or legal guardian, who attends the scan, and only on a physician's order.
  • Requesting an appointment online requires an unused scan credit. One credit is set aside for each request.
  • You can cancel online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and the scan credit goes back to your account. The same applies whenever we cancel an appointment.
  • If you do not show up for an appointment, its scan credit is used up.
  • Inside the last 24 hours, online cancellation is closed — please contact us instead. We may then handle the appointment as missed, in which case its scan credit is used up as well.

5. Payments and Scan Packages

  • Online payments are processed by Stripe on a secure payment page. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by us.
  • Scans are sold as prepaid packages for a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews or is charged again automatically.
  • Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
  • Scan credits from a package do not expire.
  • Unused scans can be refunded on request — email info@visifit.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Should you ask your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment, the scans from that package that have not been taken yet come off your account for as long as the case is open — the same happens if your bank merely sends us an inquiry about the charge. Appointments you already attended stay as they are. If the case is decided in our favor, write to us and we put the scans back.

6. Medical Disclaimer

VisiFit is not a medical provider. Our services are for informational and wellness purposes only.

  • DEXA scan results are not a medical diagnosis and should not replace professional medical advice.
  • Consult your physician before making health decisions based on scan results.
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on the data provided by our scans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of VisiFit LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or services
  • Submit false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisiFit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisiFit LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
